Ten Years in the Market

Our group has gained extensive experience in this field over the last ten year; key elements of all our tenant and leasing transactions are fast and personal consulting. After the needs assessment, we always put an immediate and precise market analysis on the client's desk that is followed by a specific office search or rental strategy and eventually the chosen solution itself.

A unique element of our consulting service is the independence of our group that is exclusive on the Budapest office market. Unlike our multinational real estate consultant competitors, we do not have any exclusive commitment to any real estate marketer. As part of our consulting activity, we provide our prospective or former tenant and leasing customers with economic improvement proposals supported by efficiency-enhancing proposals, and we are actively involved in designing the most efficient form of office space. In the latter, the TCL Group may also rely on its own ownership experience. With our Tower Offices project in 2013, we created our own serviced office in the West End Business Center, which was loaded within a year due to its very high standard.

Own experiences

The successful project was followed by the creation of a new serviced office, the even higher standard MOM Park Offices, which was 50 percent loaded at the moment of opening. Our serviced offices were leased to major market players such as Sandoz Hungary Ltd., Bayer Hungary, Goodman Hungary, and important public organizations such as National Infocommunications Service Provider or National Strategy Research Institute. The international success of the idea is demonstrated by the fact that it has attracted the attention of the world's one of the largest office rental service, who has engross the project in a short time.
