Millenáris Business Center Avantgarde is an L-shaped modern building onFény Street, also approachable fromMillenárisPark. It is named according to its unique appearance, featuring a dominant dark ceramic facade and an interactive lamella system designed for its large windows. At nights, the facade offers a special light show to the visitors of the park.

Floors one through six all offer offices to let. In addition to office space, the top floor also hosts recreational facilities and a spectacular panoramic terrace. The ground floor offers service facilities, a reception, a café/restaurant and a connecting outdoor patio. The staircase offers direct access to the two-floor underground garage. The floors are connected by a panoramic elevator along the outer facade.
