The office building is housed in building complex dating to the last century, which renovated but retains its original classical-romantic atmosphere.

Marble-ceramic tiles cover the floor of the inner spaces, those of the offices are have parquetry or wall-to-wall carpets. The two buildings are connected on the ground level. This is also where one finds the elegant restaurant underneath the atrium and the reception desk. The independent office blocks, which can be customized according to the needs of the tenants, are located on the top levels.  

Making use of the busy location of the building we have created the possibility to rent shop spaces on a total of423 m2. The whole building is air-conditioned and has three elevators. The whole floor area of the building complex is 5,002 m2.
